SenseiThis agreement is between Moola Inc. ("Moola", "we", "us") and each person who uses Sensei at asksensei.app ("you"). Moola builds and runs Sensei for Hello Nori Inc. and its restaurants ("Hello Nori"). By signing in, you agree to this agreement and to the privacy policy.
1. Who may use Sensei
Sensei is for Hello Nori's staff, using accounts that Hello Nori head office creates. It is not offered to the public.
2. Your licence
Moola gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sensei for Hello Nori's business while your account is active. Moola keeps all rights in Sensei itself. Hello Nori's data in Sensei remains Hello Nori's.
3. Your account
Keep your password to yourself, and change the one you are issued when asked. Don't let anyone else use your account, and tell Hello Nori head office straight away if you think someone has. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
4. Using Sensei properly
Don't:
- try to reach restaurants or pages your role doesn't include;
- copy, export or share Sensei's figures outside Hello Nori, except as your job requires;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt Sensei;
- use Sensei to break any law or anyone else's rights.
Staff information in Sensei, including names, hours and pay, is confidential. Use it only to manage Hello Nori's restaurants.
5. Connected services
Sensei works with services run by others: QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Auphan, Clover and PUSH Operations. Their own terms govern your use of those services.
When head office connects a restaurant's QuickBooks Online company, it authorises Sensei to read that company's products, tax codes and customers and to create invoices in it, as the privacy policy describes. Sensei posts to QuickBooks only when a head-office user tells it to, and the person posting is responsible for reviewing the day first.
6. Figures, not advice
Sensei's figures come from the systems above and are only as accurate as their data. Check figures before acting on them, especially before posting to the books. Sensei doesn't give accounting, tax or legal advice, and Hello Nori remains responsible for its own books.
7. Availability and changes
Moola may change, suspend or end Sensei, or any part of it. Sensei may sometimes be unavailable, including for maintenance.
8. No warranty
Sensei is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Moola gives no warranty of any kind, including that Sensei will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Moola is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of Sensei.
10. Ending access
Your licence ends when your account is deactivated, when you leave Hello Nori, or if you break this agreement. Sections 4, 6, 8 and 9 continue to apply afterwards.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
12. Changes
Any change is posted here, with a new date at the top. Using Sensei after a change means accepting the updated agreement.
